Adding it to Wix
- Copy your embed code from “Add to website”.
- In the Wix Editor, click Add (+) → Embed Code → Embed HTML.
- Click “Enter Code”, choose “Code”, paste, and click Update.
- Drag the box to be tall enough to show the whole calculator (about 1,400 px on desktop). Check the mobile view too.
- Publish your site.
Before you start
- Wix puts embedded code in a fixed-size box, so make the box tall enough for the whole calculator (about 1,400 px on desktop) and check the mobile view.
- The floating “Get a quote” button uses Wix's site-wide Custom Code, which needs a premium plan with a connected domain.
- If space is tight, link a button to your quote page instead. Customers get the full calculator on its own page.

- Can Wix Forms calculate a price?
- No. Wix Forms can't combine answers from several fields into a total, and Wix lists it as a feature request. You need a calculator added with an Embed HTML element.
- Why is my calculator cut off on Wix?
- Wix embeds sit in a box with a fixed height. Drag the box taller in the editor, and check the mobile layout separately.
- Do I need a premium Wix plan?
- For the floating button on every page, yes, because Wix only allows site-wide custom code on premium plans with a connected domain. For a calculator on one page, use the Embed HTML element.
- Is there a Wix app for instant quotes?
