Adding it to Shopify
- Copy your embed code from “Add to website”.
- In Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes → Customize.
- Open the page template where the calculator should appear and click “Add section” → “Custom Liquid”.
- Paste the code into the Liquid box and click Save.
Before you start
- Use a Custom Liquid section in the theme editor. It doesn't change your theme's code, so your theme can still update.
- The Starter plan has few theme options. If you can't add a section, link to your quote page from a product or a menu instead.
- Request-a-quote apps in the Shopify App Store are mostly for product orders. A quote calculator is for services priced by the job.

Questions
- Is there a Shopify app for service quotes?
- Most request-a-quote apps are for product orders: a customer fills a cart and asks for a price. For work priced by the job, you need a form that works out the price from the customer's answers.
- Where does the code go in Shopify?
- Go to Online Store, then Themes, then Customize. Open the page, choose Add section, then Custom Liquid, paste the code and save.
- Can I paste it into a normal page instead?
- The page text editor may remove scripts, so use a Custom Liquid section on that page's template, or link a button to your quote page.
- Can customers pay through the calculator?
- No. Customers send a request with the price they saw. You confirm it and take payment the way you do now.
