Billing questions
- Is the free plan really free?
- Yes. One live calculator and 25 requests a month, for as long as you like. No card needed.
- What happens after 25 requests on the free plan?
- Your calculator still shows prices, but the request form is swapped for your phone number and email until the month resets.
- How does the free trial work?
- You add a card at checkout and aren't charged for 14 days. We email you 3 days before the trial ends.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Plan & billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Which currencies can my calculator show?
- USD, AUD, GBP, EUR, CAD, NZD, SGD, ZAR or INR. Subscriptions are billed in US dollars.
- Do you take a cut of my jobs?
- No. You pay a flat subscription and customers pay you directly.
