Fixes for a calculator that isn't showing, emails that aren't arriving and prices that look wrong.
The calculator doesn't show on my site
- Make sure it's published (the editor says “Live”).
- Paste the code into an HTML / Code / Embed block, not a normal text block.
- Check the live site, because many builders don't run scripts in their editor preview.
- Some privacy or security plugins block scripts from other sites; allow getquotewise.com.
The price looks wrong
- Open the preview and tap “How is this worked out?” to see each line.
- Percentage changes multiply the whole total, not just one line.
- Check the minimum job price and rounding under Pricing rules.
I'm not getting lead emails
- Check Settings → Send new leads to.
- Look in spam or promotions and add leads@getquotewise.com to your contacts.
- Requests always appear under Leads.
