Where your leads go
Lead emails, the leads inbox, what customers fill in, statuses, notes, exports and webhooks.
When a customer sends a request, you get an email straight away with their contact details, their answers and the price they saw. Hit reply to answer them directly.
Every request also appears under Leads. Mark each one New, Contacted, Won, Lost or Spam and add private notes.
Choose what customers fill in
In the editor, open “Their contact details” at the bottom of Questions & prices. Set name, email, phone, address, preferred date and the message box to Required, Optional or Don't ask. For example, ask for a phone number only. Keep email or phone so you can reply.
On paid plans you can also show your own name, phone and email under the form, for customers who'd rather call. Add them in Text & look → Your contact details and tick “Show them under the form”. It's off until you turn it on.
- Change where lead emails go: Settings → Send new leads to.
- Paid plans: export all leads as CSV, send confirmation emails to customers, and send leads to other tools with webhooks.
Not seeing emails? Check spam or promotions and add leads@getquotewise.com to your contacts. Leads always appear in the dashboard even if an email is filtered.
