Getting started with Quotewise

Quotewise turns your pricing into a calculator customers can use on your website. They answer a few questions, see a price, and send you a request with all the details.

1. Sign up with your email. We send a link and a 6-digit code, so there's no password.
2. Add your business name, then describe what customers should get a price for, in a sentence or two. We build a quote form to fit, using your prices where you give them and typical local prices for the rest. If your business name makes your trade clear, you can start from our ready-made form for it instead. Rather look around first? Skip that step and build your form later from Calculators.
3. Check the questions and prices under “Questions & prices” and “Pricing rules”. To start again from a new description or your website, use “Build it with AI”.
4. Press Publish.
5. Open “Add to website”: copy your quote link or the embed code and add it to your site.
6. Send yourself a test request from the live page to see what you'll receive.

No website? Share your quote link on your Google Business Profile, Facebook page and in emails, or print the QR code on flyers and your vehicle.

On paid plans you can match the form to your brand with your own colours, corner style, logo and dark mode, under Text & look → Look.
